WOOSH (Wellesbourne Out Of School Hours) is run by the Governing Body of the school with management delegated to the WOOSH Coordinator. The WOOSH Coordinator oversees organisation and running of the club on a daily basis, working closely with other staff. Email woosh3073@welearn365.com.
WOOSH club is located at the main site with children collected and delivered to the Annexe as appropriate. The club runs daily 7:50 am- 8:50 am and 3:20 pm- 5:30pm for children 4- 11 years who attend the school. Details are available through the school office including list of fees.
Door Security:
Please do not let other people into the building, even if you recognise that person; staff must answer the door for safety reasons. All parents should also remember to close doors and gates behind them as they move through the school site. You must inform us if you intend someone other than yourself or those on the collection form to collect your child. Your child’s password will be needed when staff do not recognise the person who is collecting. If a child is not collected on time an extra charge may be incurred.
