Our Vision

‘Showing the love of Jesus through our service, kindness and resilience’

Galatians 5 –  v22-23: But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, generosity, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,  gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Rooted firmly in the Love that Jesus taught us to have for one another, we want our children and adults to show, and be shown, the ‘fruits of the spirit’ through our words, our restorative practices and all of the practical expressions towards each other.

As a school, Wellesbourne strives to deliver an inclusive, engaging and exciting curriculum offering inspiring opportunities and learning environments, in which children and adults alike can flourish and aim for the highest standard of personal achievement surrounded by love.

Our aim is to love, nurture and develop children to do their best and grow children who share and show love, joy, peace, generosity, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control to and with others in everything they do.

Our Three Key Values

As a Christian school, our own trinity of school values are ingrained within our Christian beliefs and enable our pupils to develop important life skills. These are underpinned by our three school rules of ‘Be Safe, Be Kind and Be Ready to do your best’.

Service – Kindness – Resilience

Service – show love to God and become important members of the school community by sharing in our joy, bringing goodness to others and showing generosity with time and patience by being inclusive to all.

Kindness – help children to show their love and empathy by modelling how to show kindness and gentleness to all God’s children and creations and share peace with others.

Resilience – build self-control and develop faithfulness in others, staff and their peers with love of ourselves and others.
