At Wellesbourne, our RE curriculum supports children to become literate and articulate about religion and beliefs in order to become caring members of society, whilst developing a deep awareness of their own and others’ unique identities as they grapple and explore life’s big mysteries and the answers to ‘big questions’ that are presented through Christianity and other world religions and belief systems.  Through RE, children develop a curiosity about faith and recognise how it impacts upon the lives of individuals, society and culture. It also provides children with opportunities to reflect on their own beliefs and values in the light of their learning, and in doing so their respect for themselves and others.

We take the safety and welfare of all our school communities very seriously.

The Fosse Multi Academy Trust and all of its schools are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
